 My discount code is not working what do I do?

   Send us a message in the chat or an email and we will fix the problem.

 

How can I check the status of my order?

   There should be a tracking number that was emailed to you when your order was shipped.     Check with  USPS or UPS.

I want an item that is out of stock?

   Send us an email to see if that item can be recreated the exact same way or book a design               consultation if you want that item to be custom made with your specification.

 

Can I make changes to an order already placed?

   Send us an email within 24 hours of placing your order and we will change it for you.

 

How do I leave a review?

   You can review us on any of our social media with comments, direct message, email us, or leave  a google review.

Is there a bulk (10+) order discount?

   Yes, there is 8% off for bulk orders. Email for discount code.

 

Can I request a product/ service that I don’t see listed on the site?

   Yes, you can email us what product you like to see offered on our website.

 

How do I clean and store the resin?

   Wipe the resin with alcohol and cotton. Store in a cool dry place, not in direct sunlight.

What if my child or I break something at your vendor table?

   You will need to pay for that item.
